DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I would give zero stars if I could. they took advantage of us being first time home buyers and once we paid the deposit they were very hard to get a hold of. When confronted about it they played it off as no big deal and the misunderstanding was our fault. The paralegal was very rude When we asked the simplest of questions and waited weeks to get back to us. When it finally came time to close they waited till the last minute to contact us so we were forced to work around their schedule instead of ours which was extremely inconvenient. If they would have contacted us and let us know before hand we could have worked out something mutually beneficial but they couldnt be bothered with that.

Dropped a contract off 4 weeks ago, after 3 weeks called the office manager and secretary for an update. Had to call every day with no progress and eventually had to pull our contract and go elsewhere. Seems very disorganized in the office. Suggestion, do not waste your time and go elsewhere.
