Don't always have a good assortment of products. Price's on some items expensive.
I dropped off my chain saw 3 weeks ago and called to see if it was done. I was on hold 12 min before I was able to talk to someone. They said that it was and since there's no slip on it , it must of been done under warranty. I drove 40 min to Lesters to pick it up and when they gave it to me it took all of 30 seconds to determine that it was never even touched. The employee should of been absolutely certain that it was completed but instead decided to save himself 30 seconds of work which costed the customer 1 1/2 hours of his. His excuses was that he wasn't a mechanic and didn't know. Then why did he make the decision that the work was done
