I called this company to explore their services. Johnathan called me back to follow up and unfortunately his response escalated to being arrogant and rude to the point I had to abruptly end the conversation. He exclaimed to consider themselves "experts" and thought no end of himself. I don't know why humility is so badly lacking with this agency and if this is a common problem occurring elsewhere but it is disgraceful.

At my company MyConsumables, we used many big marketing firms who claim are the best but let me tell you the brains are easily by far the best and most professional marketing firm we have ever used. Every marketing agency we used treated us just like a number even though they promised they wouldn't, but with the brains it was different, they went above and beyond with the service, scheduled regular meetings, responded to emails within hours instead of days and did a lot more than what we expected. Theres so much more I can say but I would be here for hours. Trust me if you have the chance to work with this amazing company you will not regret it.
