They are true "Printing Professionals" who take pride in their work, and it shows! Their staff has decades of high-end printing industry experience and knowledge. McGrath Printing | Custom Apparel has made us, through our custom designed/printed marketing materials, always look like Rock Star's. You can rely on their promise when they say they are going to be at your place with your delivery, we never had a problem ever, even in some of the coldest Wisconsin snowstorms a couple times. Our customers always comment on how great the graphic design & colors flow consistently across our many different promotional marketing materials, custom printed packaging and all our employees shirts & jackets.... After reading Mr. Bell's review, we feel that it is not a proper representation of events. After reviewing his print request, we felt that it was not in the best interest for McGrath Printing to partner with Mr. Bell and wished him well in his new business. We were upfront and honest with him and at the time he responded back appreciating our honesty, so this review came as a surprise. We stand behind our reputation as a great print and apparel provider with top level service. I hope that people read this review and look at it as a poor reflection of Mr. Bell and not McGrath Printing | Custom Apparel. I would caution any future suppliers in working with Mr. Bell based on his unethical review.

My company received a quote from this supplier and after reaching out several times and leaving multiple voicemails we received our quote. A week after receiving this quote an email was sent saying the quote was incorrect and we would be charged an additional $500 on our order. As owners of a local business, we understand the importance of doing business the right way, and we felt the way this was handled was very unprofessional and let the company know. We then received the following email from the owner , which clearly shows how this company is run: McGrath Printing will be going on 40 years in the printing and packaging industry and celebrating 25 years here in Crystal Lake. A long tenure like ours doesnt happen by accident. We are one of the premier print suppliers in the industry and our accolades prove it! That said, Perhaps at this time it would be best for Synchronize Income to find a different provider for their marketing and printing needs. Bryan did not apologize for anything, what he did was clarify and correct an estimate prior to order which meets and exceeds the criteria of best business practices within most manufacturing industries. Perhaps the Professors at Iowa State University are clueless to when it comes to Best Business Practices? Anyhow, please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss this further. As an Entrepreneur I do wish you guys the best of luck with this venture. Had some shirts done and business cards along with some brochures a few days ago and the quality was impeccable! Been working with McGrath Printing for the last 2 years and will continue to do so! Nick was a great help and very nice guy!
