The opulence was not missed. It was serene. Views were panoramic and amazing. Rooftop Pool was absolutely breathtaking...the pool bar was also really niiiiccceeee!!!! I will be returning.

Je vous le recommande J'y étais du 27 avril au 4 mai. Très bien Dommage juste qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire dans la chambre comme dans chacun des Novotel. j'en ai parlé à la directrice. Un mention spéciale pour Karel délégué à la surveillance des étages la nuit et qui parle français. Il m'a fait la traduction en pleine nuit à mon arrivée car je ne comprenais pas très bien ce que me demandait la jeune fille à l'accueil concernant le dépôt de caution de CB et y passant une semaine, c'était un peu salée. Puis Karen m'a gentillement accompagnée jusqu'à ma chambre et m'a aidée pour le wi fi... Merci bcp Merci aussi à Wassem très gentil à l'accueil qui m'a indiquée où aller acheter une prise USA pour mon téléphone. Personne ne savait où je pouvais en trouver après 2 jours de recherches. Et merci à Noelia la directrice rencontrée pdt mon séjour qui parle aussi français et très professionnelle. Tout le personnel est gentil, attentionné Et la piscine sur le toit est top et bienvenue pour se détendre avec une vue sympa et des beaux couchers de soleil. Le transport loops aerien gratuit qui permet de visiter Miami et de s'arrêter à bcp d'endroits est à côté de l'hôtel. Tt comme le train aerien qui va à l aéroport.

Sorry, the comfort was good, customer service is great. It’s just the only thing the gym is a complete joke! There’s hardly anything there. They have dumbbells but no bench! Seriously??? Why even bother, at this point it’s just for aesthetics to advertise. The two benches are decline and for sit ups only. I hope they work on this, because I’m not coming back to this place.

Thank you for the assistance and kindness from the Front Desk. The Grill on deck 12 is not really a Grill and we are told that we have wait for 30 mn for getting the order. This morning the pool was open but there was no towel available (sorry I took 2 small in the gym). Noise with train and réfrigérateur very noisy in the room ( the staff is aware). I thought there was shopping nearby but there is none. Thank to the restaurant staff the breakfast and service was excellent !

Hace mas de un mes que estuve en el hotel, y sigo esperando el reembolso del deposito que di. A día de hoy todavía no se nada y tampoco me dicen nada.
