This place has no control over their customers. This table, and another across the room, were taking their shirts off and fighting in the middle of the bar. On occasion the staff would ask them to sit down, but as a whole its like covid measures do not exist here. Maskless, shirtless, running around. I want to do my part to support local businesses, but Ill go to a bar that actually enforces the citys covid ordinances and not put myself at this level of exposure.

Kenneth - First off, let me apologize for your experience you had last night at The North End. By no means do we ever want a guest to leave unhappy. We strive to be the neighborhood bar where everyone feels welcome, safe, and can have a great time. I have spoken to the bartender who was on shift last night and fully explained the policies and will ensure he communicates those policies in a more professional manner. At this time during covid even though the city is allowing patrons in the bar until 12am, we are choosing to do last call prior to 11 and we try to get everyone out of the building and home safely by 11pm. Again this should have been communicated to you in a more professional manner. Please feel free to reach out to me with any further questions or if you would like to discuss in more detail.
