Hey Kaitlyn! We emailed you to let you know that your first consultation was set up days after Sabrina had major surgery and was having a harder time than expected healing. We tried to accommodate all of her consultations through this difficult time, so your consultations were only days between each other. During the second one, she spoke with you on the phone and let you know about her situation, so you rescheduled for the following Saturday (her day off) because you said you'd be more be flexible. She personally reached out to you to apologize for your consultations being set during this time (which you never responded to). This seems a little harsh considering you knew the circumstances from the beginning. We greatly appreciate the rest of her clients for being so understanding and asking about her health. We noticed you put in a submission to work with another artist here after you left this review... but we personally prefer to work with people who understand our humanity and who are more empathetic.

Posting this review after Sabrina missed my consult appointment for the third time. Ive been set up for three different consults with Sabrina (she requires a consult) and so far she has called 30 minutes late, over an hour late, and as of half an hour ago hasnt called from her Restricted number at all. For someone who charges $225 an hour for her work, I would expect her to be prompt and professional but I have been very disappointed with this experience.

Terry is super talented and I loved her work. I was a little disappointed with the professionalism as I made an appointment for November back in July and when I showed up at 1 pm for my appointment I was told to come back at 3 since she was running behind. That was okay with me because things happen. Then I got a call again from Terry asking if I could come back three days later and when I said no (since I was coming from out of town), she said she could see me at 4. Just kind of sad that I was so excited to have her tattoo me for them to ask if I could come back three days later, making me worry that she did not give 100% for my tattoo when I showed up at 4.

Mixed review... Salem is THE BEST. Get pierced by her, you wont regret it! Shes so sweet and talented. Terry is super talented and you will be happy with her work once you get past her rude attitude. I had a really rough experience with her fighting my design and telling me she didnt like it. I spoke to other people who had the exact same experience. Its strange how abrasive she is with her clients. Not the positive experience I have had with other tattoo artists!
