This ups store is so great they have the best and most caring customers! You will not regret going there cuz you will feel so welcomed by Yosef and his staff! Yosef helps me so so much whenever Im there and he treats me in a way where I dont wanna leave the store! You should definitely go there if you need any help with anything!

This location is a complete rip off DO NOT GO HERE. I went here to print and shop they wanted to charge $5 fee and $1 per page. The NORMAL going rate at other locations is $1-$2 and $0.40-$0.70 per page. Franchise or not I dont know how UPS is allowing this. With gas as high as it is I decided to drive 3 miles else where. I refuse to give my money to people who are ripping people off.

This must be the most rude person I have ever had the chance to interact with ever! It is not surprising this store has 2 stars. The attitude of this person was absolutely ridiculous and for no good reason. She was yelling at an old lady in the store right before I approached her. I waited for 30 minutes for Kimberly - the notary, before being thrown out the door because I dared to come close to the counter and tell her that I need to notarize some documents. Her colleague was very amused by the situation.

Cant stress how great this UPS store is. Yosef was super helpful in getting me the correct sized box for my shipment. Usually going to the UPS store is stressful but the customer service here was amazing. Thank you!
