Every time I come here I have the most unpleasant experience. Theres only one employee who actually cares about her job and will genuinely help you. As for the rest they could care less. Theres employees just standing around on their phones at the checkout as if theres not a line. A cashier LOOKED at me and literally turned around to get on the computer and her phone. This isnt the first time this has happened either. This is so unprofessional and really irritating. I didnt feel welcomed at all.
Every time I went in to buy things for my baby. Kayla had and smile on and was will to help. She make me feel like am buying from a friend. The whole team are always welcoming and will to listen. I hope she gets good raises from all the reviews she gets.
If it wasnt for Gina at this location I wouldnt be giving a 5 star , but because of her going above and beyond what her manger told her to do I give her service to me a 5 star! Gina should be promoted to a store manger the way she handled my situation !!Her manger just wanted to send me off on a wild goose chase to figure out the problem on my own when it was the store obligation. This associate is a women of her word and she got down to the problem we had with our glider the same day!!! Thank you Gina!!! Buy Buy Baby promote this lady because employees like her dont exist these days!!
They have the absolute worst customer service that Ive ever had to deal with. We purchased an entire childrens bedroom set, which was not cheap, and every single piece was delivered damaged, some severely. Fast forward nearly a year and a half and they have not been replaced and I have not been made whole. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Not worth the headache if something is busted.
