My company ordered shirts for a charity event. The shirts were late and of low quality, but that's not the real problem. The problem is that the charity got a call from a collections attorney 5 months later for a balance on the shirts that was never charged. They had my company CC on file and could have just billed the balance. But they didn't bother contacting the company who actually bought and donated the shirts, they put the charity into collections. I would never do business with these guys again.

I ordered shirts from Teddy for a local phoenix charity event (PurpleStride Phoenix 2016). Time was important and so was quality and cost. I looked at several well know online retailers you may have seen commercials on TV. I thought I would try one local vendor just to see and say i tried local first. I was amazed and surprised that Teddy and the crew at DESIGNED IN INK could not only get me my shirts faster, a week faster than any of the online companies but they could also beat the online price too. They had many selections of shirt styles and materials in the shop to choose from. The shirt we choose was a very very extremely soft cotton blend..i would compare it to a vintage tee from the 70's and went with a distressed print. Shirts surpassed my expectations. The shirts were well received by my team members for the event. People liked them so much that this past Thursday I ordered another 50 shirts. Looking forward to sending shirts out to friends around the country. Give Teddy and the crew at DESIGNED IN INK a try before you try a bigger online storefront.
