Mike at Gielows was very accommodating when it came to my zero turn lawn mower purchase despite some resistance from the wife. Paid over the phone and had it delivered to my home. My days off spending hours cutting the grass are behind me. Now I have more time to drink a cold beer in my lawn chair admiring my perfectly manicured backyard!! From initial phone call to pickup, Mike was a pleasure to work with. He did a good explaining the differences between two zero turn models and let me know about a promotion happening I didn't even know about. Unit pickup took only 5-10 minutes after arriving to store, and I was on my way! Another lawn equipment store actually recommended me to Gielow's.
