To clarify. We printed your logo in the Pantone colors that matched your two color logo, which is maroon and red. You were originally interested in our vinyl printing process, which we could have done but explained it's priced for custom one-offs and would be at a retail level price and not our bulk pricing. You gave us three days for this order to be delivered, we use water based inks that do not give the prints a heavy plastic like feel and appearance, which after the fact, is what you said you wanted. We immediately said you would not have to pay for the order, but also explained that since you were there the day you needed them, it would have been logistically impossible to get more shirts and and have them printed that day. As for this order, Jill is one of the nicest people I have met. I've known her for almost 20 years and hired her as my manager to run that shop because of her incredible customer service. She gets praise from everyone that comes in. You didn't like what se said so you went on the attack. That's your prerogative, but it's pretty ridiculous to call someone rude simply because you dont like what they are saying. She even offered you other places, giving their store names, as to where you could go where you could be better served. There are times in business where you cut your losses and move on, as should you.

My company went to Pasteurized Tees to have some t-shirts printed earlier this year. During the process the owner called to tell me they had a new process that would make the shirts look better, so we told them to move forward. When we received the shirts they were two different shades or orange (our logo is red), which looked like it had been washed 100 times. I asked to have them corrected and was told they could not and they would give us our money back (no problem). I then tried to place a personal order for a single shirt and was told that they would not fill the order, because of what had happened previously with my companies order. I've also had terrible customer service interactions with the female that works there. She's been rude and condescending on more than one occasion.

What you failed to tell the public is you gave us 30 hours to complete the order, which we were more than happy to do, but our shop opens today at 5pm for pickup and you wanted us to open 8 hours earlier. You came in Wednesday afternoon not needing them by the weekend, but by Friday morning. We could have had 3 ready for you yesterday, but instead you berated our staff even texting my employees personal cell phone.

Not the customer service we expected. We came into the store to place an order for customized shirts. We explained to the owner that we were eventually going to place a bulk order, but we would like some shirts earlier to show friends in Chicago this weekend. We had planned on having three shirts printed at the one-off price and placing a bulk order in the next week or two. Much to our surprise, the owner told us that he could actually get the bulk order completed by our weekend deadline so we decided to go ahead and place the bulk order. (This put us in a very awkward situation the following day with the store manager, who had no knowledge of the order nor the rushed processing we had been promised.) After receiving an email inquiry regarding our order, this lack of communication became apparent and I decided to take a trip into the store to discuss the order in person. I learned that the order hadnt been placed and was told by the store manager that there was no way the shirts could be completed on time. The lack of communication from the owner caused the store manager to think we had made outrageous requests and us to feel like our order hadnt been taken seriously. In this case, the store owner should have been more realistic with his offer to have the shirts completed by the weekend and, more importantly, should have taken the time to follow up with us as soon as it became clear that the shirts couldnt be made on time. Moreover, there should have been some sort of communication between staff so that we werent left feeling neglected. (I would also suggest some sort of downloadable template for orders so that the manager doesnt have to scroll through email chains to gather order info like number of shirts, colors, sizes, etc. as we had to answer the same questions over and over. Just a thought.) In the end, we never purchased any shirts so I cant comment on the quality of the product. *EDIT* I am only editing my original review so that I may rebut the owners response. First of all, he is correct in saying we needed the shirts by Friday morning, I apologize for writing the weekend but for the purpose of this review I didnt see relevancy in the day of the week. However, this doesnt change the fact that the owner himself told us the shirts would be ready by Friday morning, a statement he never should have made. We never expected the store to open eight hours early on Friday, rather we were told by the owner that the shirts could be ready in the morning (this was important because we had a flight to catch). Second, we came into the store on Tuesday and didnt give 30 hours to complete the order, we were offered to have the shirts by Friday morning (which would have been upwards of 50 hours if you want to get specific). We never made any outrageous demands and were actually surprised the order could be completed so quickly. Additionally, the owner told us he would be sending us a mock up on Tuesday night to make sure we liked the way the design looked. Needless to say, we never received anything from him. Last, we reached out to a staff member only after learning the order couldnt be completed and were simply looking to verify that we hadnt gotten the information wrong. No one was berated and it is unfair to attack someones character for simply leaving an accurate review of events. Bottom line: the owner of the store never should have offered a service that couldnt be delivered. There is no shame in holding yourself accountable or apologizing, in fact, it would be an admirable response.
