This place doesn't have everything in stock that they're supposed to have, and the customer service was seriously lacking on my most recent visit. I've been buying from this store for YEARS, and I've just had a horrible experience with 1 of the female cashiers treating me like a criminal instead of a longtime customer. Whenever I go to this store, it's with the intent to PURCHASE items. It's NOT to steal. Unfortunately, that's what was presumed as I entered. I have a job for a reason. I'm in my uniform for a reason. I work in law-enforcement. I'm part of a military family. I have money, because I WORK to pay for whatever I wish to attain in life. The cashier needs to check her attitude and learn how to deal with a longtime CUSTOMER better, instead of ignorantly profiling me based on my skin color. All of the other reps in the store have never given me any trouble and have treated me with the utmost respect. I almost never want to spend my money there again.

Marquis sent me out the store with 9mm bullets target and defense after I purchased a $500 automatic 380 ruger. I called to make him aware and he made it seem as if it was my fault and not his. Im a first time gun buyer, he took no accountability for his poor performance plus his attitude is terrible. He agreed to switch out the bullets but I refuse to be around people who play victim. He didnt offer a apology either.
