Hello Melissa, We apologize for any scheduling issues that you've experienced. The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Due to Covid-19 mandates, we have been forced to reduce our schedules, causing appointments to be pushed out further than usual for many of our patients. We appreciate your understanding and hope to return to normal scheduling as soon as it's safe to do so.
Been going here for two years or so, I do my anual glasses and contact exams for me and my two kids. But suddenly they have no appointments available for us. Very hard to coordinate with them. I guess they have their preference in clients.

My husband had just been released from the hospital (after 6 weeks) and needed an eye exam prior to being admitted to rehab. These people kept us waiting over 2 hours when he could barely sit up in a wheelchair, he was so weak. Their wheelchair access is deplorable, their staff are rude including their doctors. We will NEVER go to this clinic again. I would give them NO stars if possible.

Terrible customer service. As someone who has worked in various medical offices in multiple capacities including checking in and out, billing, referrals I find it horrible customer service to be given insurance info and just because you don't have all of the info they are unwilling to assist in getting it online. EVERY medical office has the capability to look up this information it takes merely 2 minutes at most and you have to go online to verify eligibility anyways. My son is an adult but works full time and doesn't know how to navigate all of this just yet hes still a young adult and frankly most older adults don't either. 2 min to look up all of the info couldnt be spared by this co.pany and staff they were rude and not to mention would rather bill a state ins than L&I who pays more because it is more work for them. Ridiculous. I don't suggest going here unless its an emergency. Find somewhere with better staff maybe the shareholders will revamp and hire people who care about patients and the bottom line. Both can be accomplished if you're smart AND caring. Rude staff!!!
