We've been getting our spring water from this place for years. Dor a long time we picked it up, and now we have it delivered. We've never had a problem and the water is delicious. The people are nice too!

Great company, their water tastes crisp and clean. Almost everyone there is very friendly. I tell everyone I know to switch their water company to Diamond Rock. Im giving five stars because they deserve it 100%, however I have one criticism that should be addressed. I received voicemails from their bookkeeper Rosemary after my credit card declined. She called me a few times but since my job makes it hard to call during the day I was unable to return her call. I was five days past due and her last voicemail had such an unprofessional tone that I considered discontinuing service. Covid has caused a strain on my job so sometimes my checking account is quite low, causing me to pay a few days late. I didnt think the tone she took was warranted, especially for a $16 balance.
