Received some of my order and had to email them to find out where the rest was. They said the rest would be shipped later. 2 weeks later I get an email saying the merchandise has been delivered, but I never received it. I email them, contact fedex, fedex asks them to initiate a claim, Tuned in Tokyo says no they wont do that. Now Im down $120, no merch, and their answer is thats your problem. Still going back and forth with them trying to get them to refund or resend the merchandise. I wish I had believed the reviews before buying from this company. Theres so many instances that they have just taken peoples money. Their website is just so convincing. But dont be tricked! They are a dishonest company who will steal your money.
Like everyone else, I made my order and still haven't received it. And it's not like I ordered for myself, it was a gift. Very disappointed that I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I WILL post regular updates (sent a support email today).
Lousy company. Your money is better spent with better & more established retailers. You risk spending $25, or more on shipping & return shipping for hoodies that don't fit and all are different manufacture brands and are vastly different in fit and sizing is not relative to US sizing. There should be a disclaimer on the site specifically they use foreign manufacturers. Good luck getting your refund...
After over three months of trying to get what I ordered the companies response was tantamount to Oh well, heres 10% if you want to buy again. I tried to be very patient with them and provided supporting documentation of the situation. Slow response time, unhelpful support and no solution. Would absolutely not recommend.
