Never even got to see the doctor! Went to the Office location at the correct time listed in mychart and confirmed with the receptionist at the other locations that I was in the correct place at the correct time. I waited for 50min and no one showed up for my appointment and the office remained locked. I have worked in healthcare for 15+ years and have never seen where it is the Dr that no shows for an appointment instead of the patient. I never received a call to change my appointment or an explanation what happened, much less an apology for this happening. If this is the level of care a patient receives I would take my chances someplace else.

The doctor that saw my family member was in a rush and did not properly examine the patient. Dr Kamenini looked only interested in patients money and not patient.
