I recieved a prescription notification on my phone yesterday but had no idea what they were for. My fiancee got his test results yesterday. I waited...didn't pick up the prescription because I was waiting to hear from my doctor. I didn't recieve any word and am going out of town tomorrow so I need to know what's up with it. I called in and explained the situation. When I had follow up questions, she just got louder saying "A doctor will call you to go over the test results" and repeated it to answer any question i had. She was incredibly rude. You work inHealthcare. You need to have people skills. I wasn't rude. I was calm and even toned. I have an awful taste in my mouth about this place now. Why would I even deal with a physicians office that disregards their patients. I didn't even get to ask about my fiancée's results. It was recommended after his check-up he quit drinking. He hasn't drank since November 18th 2021 so naturally this threw up a red flag. It's really baffling to me bc the receptionist when we were physically there was pleasant. The doctor and his student were a pleasure to deal with and even the Phlebotomist was cheerful and kind. To the woman who was obviously annoyed I called about the health of my family, you're inconsiderate. People deserve to be spoken to with respect. ** update: after my call, I finally got the text to.sign up for mychart. So it turns out someone didn't send it to me in the first place and seems my call to ask shead light on this.

Hands down the best doctors and staff there is no one I would trust more with my medical needs. Dr Schutte is the best.

This place used to be amazing but now they dont see sick patients?? Really?? Arent you a doctors office? Whats the point of going to the Doctor when you are well? This place is the biggest sham now, I honestly dont understand.

Wash your hands of this place! I promise it will cause you less stress with dealing with the awful attitudes of the staff and the incompetency of the finance team ( and I really don't want to use the word "team" for that statement because no one knows what they're doing) DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE!!! I go in to do self pay, make sure I am paying the ENTIRE AMOUNT, they assure me that I am, and then weeks later I am getting bills to pay more. I feel like I was taken advantage of and cheated out of more money for simple office visits. I rather catch Covid-19 than deal with this place ever again.
