If I could only give these people a zero star. Great at wasting your time & money. At least in my case. I contacted them after seeing urgent care. Told them my issue and they booked an appointment. Upon being my initial office visit, I naturally had to fill out all the paperwork, then waited 30-40mins for Dr. Patni, only to be told that he was extremely uncomfortable with prescribing me any pain medicine, and that it wasn't his practice to treat a paronychia, which is an infected nail into your cuticle. So he basically told me to see the front clerk and locate a said college affiliated with NGPG. The clerk charged me $229 "discounted rate" for doing nothing and sending me on my way. Upon locating this other physician, they wanted another $250. All in all, this place charged me for blood work, which I never received, although attempting to reach these guys several times in a merry go round, obviously intentional, they ignored my concerns and continue to request for more monies, for services NOT RENDERED!!! I hope this helps upon your consideration in thinking of giving these people a dime! They must think our money is take out and/or charitable
I have been a regular patient of NGPG for 11 years & counting. I have always been treated with the utmost respect & care whenever I have visited them... be it the front staff, nurses or doctors. Dr. Schutte is wonderful & I highly recommend this practice.
I recieved a prescription notification on my phone yesterday but had no idea what they were for. My fiancee got his test results yesterday. I waited...didn't pick up the prescription because I was waiting to hear from my doctor. I didn't recieve any word and am going out of town tomorrow so I need to know what's up with it. I called in and explained the situation. When I had follow up questions, she just got louder saying "A doctor will call you to go over the test results" and repeated it to answer any question i had. She was incredibly rude. You work inHealthcare. You need to have people skills. I wasn't rude. I was calm and even toned. I have an awful taste in my mouth about this place now. Why would I even deal with a physicians office that disregards their patients. I didn't even get to ask about my fiancée's results. It was recommended after his check-up he quit drinking. He hasn't drank since November 18th 2021 so naturally this threw up a red flag. It's really baffling to me bc the receptionist when we were physically there was pleasant. The doctor and his student were a pleasure to deal with and even the Phlebotomist was cheerful and kind. To the woman who was obviously annoyed I called about the health of my family, you're inconsiderate. People deserve to be spoken to with respect. ** update: after my call, I finally got the text to.sign up for mychart. So it turns out someone didn't send it to me in the first place and seems my call to ask shead light on this.
