I scheduled 2 appointments for estimates on my 33' Chaparral. They canceled first appointment with no notice and never called to reschedule. The second appointment was an even bigger mess. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and called to see what the deal was. I was put on hold for 15 minutes then was told that the estimator was lost and in traffic... Shouldn't they have called me to tell me that. Needless to say they never showed. I spoke to the owner or manger and he said that it is probably best we go our separate ways. Unreal! Shout out Poptronics in Baltimore. They did an amazing job on my system which i spent a little under $3K on.
Took my car to their shop to check my fiber optic amp,in which they advertise their specialty, charged me and check fuses, which I had done several times..
These guys love what they do. I went in the other day just to replace the battery in my car key. Cyrus treated me just as if I was making a large purchase - even took the time to replace the battery for me, which was a VERY involved process - at no charge! Gotta love good customer service - hard to find these days......
When you have problems with the owners communicating effectively with you as a customer, you know there are deeper problems within the business. There are 2 owners (Paul & Cirrus). At least that is what 1 told me and the other kept saying he was the manager. Paul would not admit he was an owner when he knew I wanted to make a complaint. I still don't know if he's an owner or not. Hopefully, this review gets to the real owner at some point. I made my appointment with Cirrus. We agreed on appointment time, completion time - give or take an hour at the most, cost, and the details to what will be done for me. I showed up for my appointment and that's where it all went south. Cirrus set an expectation I had for my appointment. But Cirrus is not in the store when I arrive for my appointment. I now meet Paul. Paul's unwillingness to meet the expectation set by Cirrus or even make an attempt to call Cirrus to confirm the details to my appointment was appalling. His sad attempt at being professional was juvenile at best. I assume I was not dealing with an educated person at this point. I'm glad I didn't go further with this dump. If you can't handle customer service, I don't trust you working on my $30K vehicle. Insane is the name. I guess I figured it wasnt literal.
