Due to COVID, I wanted to get details about their newly built homes over the phone. The guy who answered the phone in all instances (possibly the sales manager) was so rude. He interrupted me in the middle of my questions (multiple times!) and did not seem interested in anything I had to ask. He was not responsive and helpful at all. Glad I no longer consider buying from them. The customer service was awful.

These are absolutely gorgeous homes and the sales office is amazing to work with very honest about the process and walks you through buying a home every step of the way. Nancy was our main point of contact and she treated us like family and is such a pleasure to work with. We cant thank them enough!!
