Good prices and quality. Unfortunately, that wasnt enough to continue doing business with them. After quite a few incidents with my sales rep at the time and another lady, theyve proven to be unprofessional, imature, and impolite through actions I couldnt believe a business (represented by those two ladies) would take dealing with a customer with such audacity. Goodbye Blue Monday worked with us to complete our orders but not without the negative attitude and disorganization we experienced. Despite the fact they made such bad mistakes, not once did that sales rep apologize or admit at least to some of her obvious shortcomings. Nothings worth being disrespected by a business, not even good prices and work. Im happy we found another local vendor that produces great quality results for even better prices AND with respectful and pleasant individuals to work with.
We did not have a good experience with this company. We made two trips to the office of Goodbye Blue Monday to meet with their staff over the course of several weeks. Their artist said he had time to do the work we needed, and our event isn't for three months, so we weren't worried. Then we got an email saying they couldn't do our project because they are too busy. We have to start over with a new company.
