We didnt know what we wanted exactly for our first promotional items, so we decided to order some patches we could apply to hats, sweatshirts etc to see what we liked. Martha helped us choose the exact type and size, gave us a price that was better than the competition, and it arrived in about 2 weeks during covid which is saying a lot! We absolutely love the patches and cant wait to order more - its so much higher quality than we expected for a price thats accessible, and great thoughtful service to boot. Customer for life.

We did not have a good experience with this company. We made two trips to the office of Goodbye Blue Monday to meet with their staff over the course of several weeks. Their artist said he had time to do the work we needed, and our event isn't for three months, so we weren't worried. Then we got an email saying they couldn't do our project because they are too busy. We have to start over with a new company.
