Customer service is rude. I called twice to make appointments, doing so online. The first time was for my brother and I was not able to complete the registration because of not having his ID. The customer service representative on the phone was rude when calling back. The second was today when I applied online with my healthplan insurance the customer service representative was rude by stating "we don't take Medicaid". I then told her that I don't have Medicaid but I have a health plan, she then stated "we don't take that either. It's not in our network. " I understand that my insurance is not accepted but I didn't appreciate her tone in relating that information. It's not what you say, it's how you say it, especially when a person is sick. I used Gomed before for my mom but Never Again!
I wish I could give 0 stars. I called after I sliced my finger open last night. I'm a widowed single mother and thought it was a good option to be able to stay at home. When Dan arrived I was standing in the driveway. He sat in his vehicle for over 10 minutes. He ignored me when I waved and was not on the phone. I finally went inside to wait. About 5 minutes later he knocked on the door. By this time the blood flow had congealed and I was able to see the wound would do better without a stitch and just needed cleaning and bandaging. From the start he was very rude and unprofessional. He took one quick look and said okay you have the stuff to bandage it and took out his computer for me to pay. I asked if he had a bandage. He said I have a band aid for you I guess. He gave me the band aid over my bloody congealed finger flap I cut while cutting chicken. All the while he continued being very rude. We didn't even sit down. He did this all standing on my entry way. I paid and he left. I feel very robbed and upset. If he had come in, been even a little bit professional, cleaned the wound and bandaged it, I would have been perfectly happy. I'm actually not sure if he was even a doctor because he was that unprofessional. He was so rude and basically made fun of me to the point I cried when he left. One example is him saying it was disgusting that I was drinking wine in a plastic cup and "why didn't I just drink it straight from the box." This is just one statement of many and wasn't said in a friendly joking way. As a widowed single mother of a 9 month old every dollar counts. I feel like I paid someone to throw me a band aid and mock me.

I had an at home test done on 11/14/21. The lady that entered my home had horrible people skills. She asked why I needed a PCR test. I stated that I was traveling to Canada, she replied with "oh I'm so sorry." Like she felt bad I was traveling there. When I asked her why she was apologizing she stated that I would need another test when I arrived in Canada, and would have to quarantine in Canada, so she felt bad for me. Both of these are just not accurate. I also have a paralyzed vocal cord which gives me a soft wraspy voice and she asked me if I was sick and stated she could not do the test if I was showing symptoms. I explained my voice condition. She asked a lot of questions that I felt were unnecessary. She asked if I was going to flinch or flail before she stuck the stick up my nose, treating me as if i was a child. She told me not to call the office or email them about my results as they were very busy and that she would email me in 1-2 hours with results. She emailed me She was very rude the entire time and I did not appreciate it. The ordering process and scheduling of the appointment with the home office was very quick and a plesent experience. However for $300.00 I would have preferred a nicer nurse or technician performing my test in my home.
