Zero Customer Service. Several review pages like Yelp talk badly about a "Matt H" ignoring clients and treating employees poorly. I went personally to order some metal columns for a gazebo I want, and I specifically asked for "Matt" who they called to the front (obviously there's only one Matt). Matt brushed me off and said it's not his job to take my order and he was too "busy with more important things" and directed me to wait for a salesman to be available. I obviously walked off, PISSED. Have no idea how a place that runs like this has 4.5 stars in here. Most likely fabricated reviews, I would stay clear of this place. BTW place looks run down and "patched up". Approach at your own risk.
