I ordered a Pulse + accessory and provided a street address for shipping. 24 hours passed and I didnt hear anything about my order which was to be sent overnight. I reached out to them and they said it was a PO Box and it had to be signed for by a 21 year old. A neoprene taser sleeve- needed to be signed for- why? And the shipping address I proved was NOT a PO Box- just ridiculous. Will be looking for an alternative product.

After working here I wish I could give a zero, horrible management, promises made that are never kept, HR is a joke and the nepotism here is so unreal is laughable. Toxic as heck I recommend bolawrap in Tempe , Rick smiths brother but way better place to work and treated as a human there

The work is fine...... until they make you go faster than your hands possibly can. It's a very toxic environment and when you have a complaint HR does not take you seriously. Black coats only look out for themselves. I had a horrible experience with Vanessa who was one of the leads at one point. And Jose (HR) treated the situation like it was my fault and did not take me seriously. If you want to be treated fairly, find work elsewhere.

This place is the most toxic horrible job, experience this is basically a SWEATSHOP modern day SLAVERY .. DO not come apply here unless you want to be treated poorly, no respect, criticized, and racial profiled everyone who is a manager or shift leader or works with black smocks NEEDS to get fired! or need to get corporate involved nobody runs this work place properly, especially the weekend shift there is a lot of sneak dissing, also illegal people working here with fake social securities they all are being taken advantage of just because theyre Hispanic, lets not make it worse the pay is terrible. I am reporting everything to corporate for being mentally abusive, axon workers are not more special than leadpoint, they treat the workers like if its a High school. We are not in school we are adults trying to make some money. Lets not forget to mention they DONT wash their smocks everytime theirs a new employee that is simply disgusting that they give out smocks with holes and stains on them , thats them not taking COVID seriously!
