Had a wonderful experience buying our boat from Taylors Boats. It was our first boat purchase and Tanner was absolutely awesome to work with. Always available anytime we had any questions throughout the process. Jared spent a couple of hours with us on pick up and walked us through everything on our boat and the basic operations. Update - Jared was awesome tanner was awesome - this whole company has changed and they are awesome great service and really care - wow what a turn around! Okay so here is my latest experience with these guys; I scheduled a time to bring my boat in on a Wednesday, I call before hand and they say there are still booked out so I move my service appointment to Monday. Once I drive all the way down and drop my boat off they call me and tell me they wont be able to check on it until Monday of the next week. So the question is why even set an appointment, if they wont see your boat for a whole week to begin the service.

Today October 18th, 2021. I needed a tune up done on my boat so I tried to reach the service department 2 times. The operator said they were transferring my call and as I waited and waited I could hear some one pick up the phone and put it on hold a few time the finally some one picked up the phone and disconnected me on both calls. I guess they are so well off that they really don't need any extra business.
