Seriously run the other way. Good luck ever canceling your membership. I have been attempting to switch gyms for the last month due to the fact they seriously overcharge, and I've been told my membership has been cancelled twice now wth no luck. Good luck getting in touch with a manager either to resolve your issue. I was told a manager would call me since conveniently they weren't there the second time I went in to issue a refund, and that never happened. I called a second time because there's no way I'm wasting more of my time going in and was told the manager was on the phone and would call me back, that never happened. I was told I would receive an email documenting the fact my membership was cancelled and sure enough they someone managed to "forget" to cancel my membership. I had to call corporate in order to get anything done, where I filed a complaint because the staff at this gym is so grossly incompetent. When you hear all this stuff from former members warning you against signing up for this gym, believe them, I wish I had! Not to mention the fact this location is super sketchy and in a bad area, people are always having their cars broken into in this parking lot. I've been to a lot of gyms over the last eight years and this is by far the worst and the most expensive.

I go here often. The kids play area is well kept and staffed with friendly people. The excercise equipment, weights, and racquetball courts are also kept in good shape. Cant speak much for the locker rooms and all that because I don't typically use them. When I have, it's been a good experience. Clean, with fancy wood cabinets.

Overall, the gym has many amenities. The largest area where all the equipment is , treadmills, cable weights, and bar weights smells like feet. Maybe they can change the carpeting more frequently. The heavy bag area is inside a room where classes are held and it is very unfair that people get kicked out and cant use them while they are running a class (usually most of the day). A cleaning guy even had the balls to kick me off because he had to clean the floor around the heavy bags! The lockers and bathrooms could also stand to use some treatment for smell, a better air changing system perhaps? Also, the personal trainer area is always empty, I rarely see anyone getting personal training and that area could be put to better use, perhaps using a part of that area for heavy bags?
