Hi and thank you for your feedback. We avoid buying loose discs as much as possible, but when we purchase large collections it is unavoidable. Thank you for your time and I hope one day you decide to give us your business again.

I was looking at a game that cost 100 dollars. it did not have the instruction manual and it did not have the cover, just the disc only. I was going to buy it but I chose not to because I wanted to trade in my game called rumble roses XX for the Xbox 360 that is disc only too and they did not want to buy my game because it is incomplete. if you run a store like this, you can not expect your customers to buy your disc only games and then not buy disc only games from them. do everyone a favor and take your disc only games off the shelf if your going to be like that I wasted too much time here and I live very far. I been a customer here for almost 3 years, but now my friends and myself will never be coming back
3 years of this store being open and it is still an amazing place to get your fill of nostalgia! Definitely a staple in Downtown Fullerton that every local and SoCal visitor have to experience.
The whole world has changed and we are not an exception. March 16 2020 we had to close down the arcade. Months have passed and a decision was made to close Lost Levels or evolve into more of a retail store which sadly means moving some games out to make room. Now we have been able to rebuild the arcade. Claremont just received an extension of a very spaces layout of over 40 arcade games in the underground basement and a brand new AC unit. Next up will be Fullerton. Today, we are unable to offer the $10 all day pass due to compacity issues. We now to run small grouped private sessions at the moment at $10 an hour or $7 for 30 mins per person in order to afford the expense of running a classic arcade. As for providing public restrooms, we do not. Staying on top of the EDD changes and providing a safe work environment of our employees, a decision was made to close our restrooms to the public. I hope you understand our hardship and the last thing we wanted to do is remove games, but due to COVID we had no choice.

Bring back all of the fun arcade games you used to have in store to play on. I used to LOVE this location. I live near the lost levels in Claremont but I would drive to Fullerton because I loved he game selection so much. I used to recommend this place to all of my friends and family and in fact just did so yesterday. But after seeing the tiny amount of arcade games you have left to play on, sadly, I will not be back. It just breaks my heart. This used to be a place I LOVED to bring my husband and kids to. It was fun for everyone. We used to pay for an all day pass and play a little, get lunch then go back for a little longer. It was very helpful because we have two little kids and its hard to keep them occupied or not have to run to the restrooms multiple times. Having the all day option gave us the ability to enjoy our time and not be super rushed. I understand everyone is hurting because of the economic impact of the pandemic. But charging $10 for an hour for what looks like half of the games when it used to be $10 for all day for what looked like twice as many games is just ridiculous. Its insulting. Plus my 6 year old was about to wet his pants and the employee refused to let him use the restroom!!! Paying customers that are allowed to play on your arcades and flip through your games should sure as heck have access to a restroom, ESPECIALLY for a little kid. Then when we asked the employee where there was a public restroom all he could say is he didnt know. And obviously DIDNT CARE TO HELP US any further. I am just so frustrated and insulted by the lack of care this man showed to us. Also, any question I had about items in store he just kept answering Im not too sure because apparently it wasnt his normal location. BUT again. He didnt CARE to try and find out the answers to my questions. I dont mind if someone doesnt know everything , but at the very least he could pretend to care and offer to try and find the answer for us. And to top it all of today is my birthday, and I was really looking forward to gaming at lost levels Fullerton today. But this interaction and the price now for less games is just all too much. We left. We had to find our son a restroom. We wont be back.
