Nice location and cool restaurant, hotel room was dirty, I didnt even have shampoo or conditioner in it, I asked for a bottle of water and was told to walk to the Bodega across the street and get it yourself . I thought he was joking, but Angel Feliciano, the man who purports to be a manager at this luxury hotel honestly, believed that this was the absolute best course of action at a request for water..at a room that is almost $500 per night hi Angel! Look youre on google maps! Im going to edit this post in a few weeks and I will tell you exactly how many people read it! I think it will be a few thousand!
מיקום מצויין! מרחק הליכה קצר לתחנות סאבווי ברחובות 34 ו 28. חדר גדול מאד (סוויטה של 46 מ"ר) - מאד מומלץ למשפחה. מיטת הספה נפתחת לזוגית, מיטת קינג בחדר השינה שמופרד במחיצה, נקי מאד, שירות חדרים מצוין ומהיר, שירות תחזוקה מצוין. נוף מהמם בקומה גבוהה, ג'וני המנהל היה מאד שירותי ואדיב. תמורה מעולה למחיר! חסרונות: לחץ מים נמוך במקלחת, מגבות קטנות, סבונים ושמפו ברמה נמוכה. השירותים בלובי ממוקמים בתוך מסעדת המלון, לא ממש נוח למי שממתין לצ'ק אין, לובי קטן.
We are a frequent customer and past experiences have been stellar, so we were extremely disappointed. Common areas needed repair and we were welcomed to our suite by a dirty q tip on the bathroom floor (not ours) and shoddy housekeeping measures throughout. I can only assume they were understaffed due to Covid which makes me want to give them another chance. Still, as a fan of the Kimpton brand and in this hotel in particular, I was shocked.
