I have lived in a few different buildings which use UMS over the years. UMS has consistently failed to deliver the bills in a timely manner. Their customer service just blames "their mail processor" or "postal delays" rather than admit that their service is just awful and always has been. Literally every other utility company has a due date 30 days from the date the bill was printed. UMS? Theirs is the first of the month regardless of how late they were in printing and mailing the bills. Avoid them at all costs. And if you happen to be a property manager please don't subject your customers to this service.

The word management and the word solutions do not apply. This so called company is incompetent and does not provide a valuable service. Stay as far away from them as you can. They consistently overbill and then can't figure out why the customer is upset.

Like others, I received my bill later this month than usual -- although it was dated 4/21/22, I received it on 5/11/22, not in time to get it to them by due date 5/15/22. Like others, I can't afford the "late charges" but have no choice but to pay them.
