Wish I could give 10stars, It was my daughters graduation and I ordered graduating shirts, custom stole, masks, buttons, banner, and yard sign. I got so many compliments, everything was perfect, the colors was so vibrant, we will definitely be returning!

As a freelance Marketing/Operations Assistant, my vender called out on me the last minute. HTA was able to pick up the job and help me deliver to my client, would highly recommend companies to hire as a go-to vender, even celebrities and event planners please visit the shop or place your order through email, make sure you are detailed as possible and submit your designs with a transparent background or in the proper file format other than that A1 service, no cap!

Hey Mrs. Ashley again! I have spoken with you on multiple occasions (sorry it was a super late night & didnt want to disrespect your house on the call last night). As I explained multiple times, were not graphic designers & cant control their workflow. Theres no lack of urgency, I can only be overly honest with you as I have been the whole time. Your request was unique , a personal matter we spoke about came up (life happens) & hes in Graduation season so I can only do so much with graphics. Were at the beginning of the season so hopefully there an opportunity at a later date! Honesty is always the best key & sometimes we may not like it but I will always be honest with our clients.

My experience was very unsatisfied. I went in on a Tuesday for 2 3d shirts for baseball and asked if I can recieve on Friday. Told yes approve The artwork and he will print. All week no artwork. To call and be told on Friday that he doesn't create the artwork. That wasn't told to me ahead. Now the artist had an emergency. So no shirts. Didn't bother all weekend. Called Tuesday 1 week later still waiting on artwork. POOR SERVICE. Now a whole week and 3days later still no artwork. And when I call to express my concerns all I get is " They understand my concerns and frustration but he doesn't create the artwork". Not one option to make it up to me either. I couldn't wait to work with the business but the lack of urgency and customer service has really put bad taste. Dont get me wrong the work I see in store and online r great but my experience really upset me and I will not be sending any work their way. Would have loved for this review to be a different one. And I may be 1 person put of many who give negative review but I needed to speak my truth.
