Patrice, we regret your disappointment. We do ask guests to arrive 15 minutes early to access their boarding passes and so that no one is left behind. Did you ask the driver about turning on the heat. What is cold to some may not have been to others but we certainly think that speaking to the driver could have warmed the bus to an agreeable temperature to all. Louisiana temperatures can change up and down quite a bit in the winter. The animals in the swamps make their decisions on when they will or won't show themselves. Again, an apology to your fiance.

Guests are instructed to arrive early, however the guests are not given the opportunity to board the bus until the actual meet time. The bus was not accommodating to the cool crisp weather, so guests were forced to ride 30 minutes there and back cold. When we arrived to the swamp, we were advised to meet the tour guide near the dock at 2PM sharp, only to wait past the 2PM time to be led to our vessel. Once we got on the vessel, the tour guide informed us that it was too cold outside for alligators. Basically informing us that we would not get the experience we paid for, being that we were not expected to see any alligators. This tour was at the request of my fiancé to celebrate is birthday, only to be utterly disappointed. What a complete bust and waste of money and time.
Ms. Davis, i emailed an apology for your poor and unacceptable experience and we also refunded your cost. We hope at sometime we will be able to have you join us for the experience you should have had the other night.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! It was a terrible experience that started with a 45 minute line for cocktails which caused us to miss the departing celebration and view. Next, we were instructed to proceed to the dining deck at 7:45 for a seated buffet. No one facilitated the dinner line so it resulted in rude groups of men cutting in front of other guest and a longer wait time. Once we finally reached the hostess stand we were told to walk around and find seats because they could not accommodate a table of four. Of course we protested stating this was unacceptable and not what we paid for!! After waiting an additional 15 minutes we were told to take the elevator up to the second deck where a buffet will be available. NOT TRUE!! Tables and chairs were thrown together for the overbooked passengers, we were served what was left from the buffet without asking our preferences. Most of the food was no longer available and our plates did not contain the advertised menu. Let me also mention that the food was bland. Due to the dinner fiasco, we finished eating as everyone was departing the boat and we did not get the opportunity to enjoy the jazz band. A lot of money was wasted on a bad experience to include $43 for parking. I have no problems paying for fun and worthy events but this is one that I will never repeat!!!
