Do NOT purchase from this company. While Fran has been very helpful in her wealth of knowledge, their installation and excuses are over tiresome. We purchased a fireplace back in September of 2021. Since September, the company has canceled our appointments to finish installation 9 different times. The excuses ranged from weather, COVID, no one showing up, and distance. Then when we would call they would not return our calls or just say we know. Its June 2022. Still no working fireplace. I gave them one last chance before making this negative review. Received a call from Fran, was suppose to be scheduled again, its been over two weeks and still no schedule. Tried to call and text, no reply. So unless you are in their immediate area, you will NOT get serviced.

I wanted to change my wood burning fireplace to electric. I went to the store and a nice gentleman helped me he said he can come out and take a look at the fireplace and give an estimate. Appointment came he didn't show up. Called the store and he was sick. The person that answered the phone told me to measure the firebox myself and call back with the measurements. I did and phone tag started. When i did get to speak to the lady she was very busy and wanted me to call back. After the last call i was told the person is busy and will call me back i never got the call I gave up. I never got my fireplace converted the store seemed to be too busy to help.

In late March 2022, we purchased a 30" electric fireplace (Dimplex Revillusion RBF30) from Custom Fireplaces & More, in Cookeville, TN. Aside from a delay in a warranty replacement claim for damaged logs, our experience with "Sarahnie"/Sales Associate was beyond expectations. "Sarahnie" was professional, courteous, and responsive to our request for assistance regarding the warranty replacement. "Larry"/Technician and "Sarahnie" both came to our home in early May, to install the replacement logs, and they made sure everything was working before they left. We have never had an electric fireplace before, but we are very happy with the Dimplex Revillusion RBF30. I have attached a photo to show how realistic the flames appear, and it also has a built-in heater that will heat up to 500 sq. ft. using 110/120v----we LOVE it---thank you, "Sarahnie" and "Larry"!!!

Larry, the fireplace technician, was excellent! He figured out our problem fast and efficiently, and was extremely friendly! He'd originally installed our unit, and remembered us from over 2 years ago. Fantastic service, as I said.
