First of all I would like to apologize that our inventory did not meet your expectations, but please believe me, I do not want to have an empty lot either. If you are actively looking for a vehicle, you might have come across the low inventory issue with other dealerships. I would like to let you know that there is a shortage of used vehicles in the market, which leads to overpriced vehicles. I would love to have more vehicles in inventory, but I rather wait, than fill my lot with overpriced vehicles that will hurt my customers' pockets. I hope you'd understand the situation, and also how much it hurts a small business like mine, the bad review you gave us for an issue that is unfortunately out of our hands. We strive to provide our customers with reliable and fair priced vehicles, that is the reason for such good reviews, the only bad reviews we have is yours and another one also related to low inventory. We are trying our very best to get our inventory back up, but fortunately we keep on selling the vehicles as soon as we get them. Nobody wants to see cars that have been sold on your website we wanna see availability
Hello Mr. Warren, my name is Damaso, I am the owner of Cowboy's Auto Sales. We would like to thank you for your input, and at the same time we are so sorry that we did not meet your expectations in regards to our inventory size. I would like to let you know that we are a small family owned and operated business with great cars, at a very competitive price and with excellent customer service (as you can see in every single review in our page 5*.) Due to our great customer service and low prices, it is hard for us to keep up with the demand from our clientele that we've built up in 10 years in the business. The reason why we only had 4 vehicles in inventory at the time you checked, it was because we had a really good week and were in the process of getting more cars and updating our website. I humbly ask you to reconsidered your low rating, specially because is not related to us selling bad cars or providing bad customer service. Once again, we greatly appreciate your input, and have now increased our inventory to 10 units and are in the process of getting more units during the week.
