Unfortunately, I had a less than stellar experience with Momentum BMW. I was interested in trading in my relatively new used car. I sent out multiple inquiries to BMW dealers in the greater Houston area. Momentum BMW stated they were interested in purchasing used cars even if you do not buy a new one from them. Upon dealing with them it did not feel that way at all, the sales rep that initially reached out went completely silent even after email/voicemail and text follow ups. Her manager reached out to follow up and I informed her that I was about to make a deal with Advantage BMW Midtown but would hold off if they were interested in submitting an offer. My email was left on read again. Today I get an automated email stating they beat any offer, I quickly opted out of receiving any future correspondence. If you're looking to trade in your car without purchasing a new one you might want to be mindful of who you invest your time with. Judging by the other reviews I'm sure you'd have an excellent experience if an incentive is involved. For what it's worth there are BMW dealers that are more than interested in purchasing your used BMW and will provide a very professional experience, I went with one of them.

have had great experiences with momentum bmw, i am actually a parts manager for a company that buys about 10k or more in parts monthly, but had an experience not too comfortable when i had to take a vehicle in for service repairs and was hit with the advisors response (J.W) of "we will not take any of your cars because yall dont like paying your bills" when we have been loyal customers for over 15 years, (there is a bmw down the street from us but still decided to drive 13 miles to them) so glad Joe was there to save the day and take good care of us, big shoutout to him!

Very unprofessional service. Got a message at 11:29 that they are submitting my file for credit check and at 11:31 got a message again the car was sold to someone else. I responded by requesting them not to run my credit They still pulled my credit file. Why?
