Never got a greeting, or asked if we needed some direction or anything in that regards the employees couldn't be bothered. My grandfather is a Korean war vet and just wanted some information. Not a single person offered a hand. The amount of disrespect that seems to come from "top of the line" businesses is appalling.

The parts team at Ancira Chevrolet is outstanding! I have a Suburban and in April the check engine light came on. I took it to a closer Chevy dealership (who shall remain nameless) and was told, after two different visits to figure out the issue, that the part was not available and they would call me when it came in. A month and a half later they then told me there was a nationwide shortage and they would get back to me. On Monday, we took my car into Ancira and within ten minutes they had figured out the TWO parts my car needed, found them in Ft. Worth and had my car fixed by Wednesday. They are competent, friendly and quick when it comes to service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team!!!
