Cant do a zero star. WORST Pod company you will ever deal with. Arent interested in improving their business. Worst customer service. Compared to other pod they want over $500 to put your own labels on your own designs.
I've ordered from them before and received printed pillow cases that looked nice, but my recent purchase was absolutely frustrating. The cropping was off and the color of the pillow cases were entirely too dark to see a lot of detail. Mainly because there are no instructions, or warnings for their Ajax designer. Unlike a standard print shop, if you aren't satisfied with a print, they won't help you remedy it. 'Your design, your problem' sort of attitude, and not a 'how can I help you be more satisfied' attitude. They are also currently using, and are still pushing for their customers to use script that won't even work on most browsers now; microsoft silverlight. All I needed was assistance with two things, how much should I brighten my design and can you assist me with cropping, and they couldn't even do that. Wasted time. Wasted money. Wasted patience.
I had two designs printed by them, both with items in m-lg and also plus sizes. The standard size came out great. The plus sizes, despite being made on the plus size pattern, did not. Each item had shifts in the pattern that created excess blank space on the edge of the garment and getting customer service to acknowledge their mistake (their response was, frankly akin to "oh well, it happens") took two weeks and a reminder that 100% Satisfaction Guarantee meant 100%. Of course by the time they agreed to let me return it (without giving me return information), it was to late to do so and get the item in time for the event I needed it, and they refused to admit their fault - the fact that to make the garment they simply added extra inches to the side and didn't adjust the pattern to fit accordingly.
