Ordered a 20x20x20 (cube) and received a rectangular shaped box. Had to cut the boxes to fit what I was packing. Only upside is that they arrived 1 day earlier so I had time to cut and fix the boxes

I have ordered boxes for Saturday delivery and paid extra 50 for the weekend delivery.I have phoned them to make sure that I will receive them for Saturday and they said that I will if I pay for Saturday delivery.Unfortunatly I have received them on Monday which ruined my plans.I have not received refund or any email from them explaining why they have not delivered it on Saturday.

Forget about the "next day" delivery service: you pay premium prices, and they are systematically late by 2 or 3 days... Major inconvenience when doing a house move! I ended up having to do an emergency box order locally, and had to pay top prices to make up for their shortcomings... Also their "packing tape" is of the lowest quality - you end up having to double tape everything, to compensate for the poor quality of the cardboard. Also, the website is inept: "client account" does not link, no feed back form, all is re-directed to "Ferrari" in Glasgow.... why the alias?
