My family of 6 wanted to go to Joe's BBQ but the line was crazy so we went to pizza. We ate from out of town and didn't really know what we were getting into. Staff was rude when we asked questions about ordering. Cashier was rude and offered up no help when we were confused. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and got 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage. Missed 1 pizza completely on our order. 3 sodas out of order. Pizza was soggy and not really flavorful. Total bust for the night and was crazy expensive

Quite literally the worst experience Ive had at a pizza restaurant. My family and I would have rather ordered delivery from a papa johns or pizza hut. Service was very slow, only one cashier working, and he was having a conversation with everyone that checked out, we waited in line for 20 minutes just to check out. Had a drink special on a sign, however they were out of it? They were also out of other drinks. Salad was actually pretty good, but how can you screw up a ceased salad? Pizza came out and we were all the very disappointed! One pizza was missing two toppings, arugula and pepperoni. Immediately we could tell how soggy and watery the pizza was. If you picked up a piece, all the toppings would slide off. The tomato sauce was literally tomato juice. The pizza was dripping, and was very unflavorful. The didnt offer a refund, and to remake the pizza, but we didnt want to be wasteful. They did bring us gelato, however we will not be coming back. Huge waste of 60 dollars. So dissatisfied.

The place was pretty. The employees were nice. But we wait almost one hour for one pizza and the second never came they forgot, we need it to tell the employees about that second pizza. I would understand is the place was full but it was empty!
