REMEMBER THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO A STORY. First, we want to state that WSI is a good reputable company that puts out amazing high quality products. We appreciate them and are stating our response only to remind those looking at these reviews that are two sides to a story. We have been in business for over 20 years and our reputation means everything to us and yes - on occasion when something does happen in production, we do everything to make it right when an error is made. We fully admit that on the first order for this customer the location was not uniform, and we made a special trip to their location to personally apologize. We stated that we would do whatever it takes to make their customer happy. Their customer decided to take the garments as the print looked good on the garment. We then implemented a new procedure within our production area to ensure something like that would not happen in the future. On this last group, we were told the garments were already printed on the backs, and they just needed the front printed. Our understanding was that we were helping WSI with overflow printing which is common in this industry. WSI is in this industry and needed to have told us the garments were not printed but that rather a different process had been used had they supplied the correct method of decoration, we would have told them these garments could not be screen printed. Frankly, we are curious why they sent them to us in the first place knowing they were not printed as we had been told. This is something that as an expert in their manufacturing with this type of fabric they most likely knew; and if not, it is part of the learning curve to make sure they disclose all information to a printer. Our print on the fronts looked beautiful which is the part we inspected before sending them to the customer. Unfortunately, it was their decoration on the back that had begun to transfer onto another spot on the shirt and discolored it. We offered to help WSI by printing both the front and back for them at no cost if they were able to supply additional shirts, and we agreed to keep the conversation going. It saddens us that WSI chose to not keep the conversation going but rather took this step to publically put out their part of the story in an attempt to justify their lack of taking responsibility for not disclosing the type of print that was on the backs of the garments to us.

BE CAREFUL!!! Pray everything goes well with your order because if it doesn't they are not very good at being accountable for their mistakes. They will blame it on you! We had two mistakes on two different shirt orders and both times they refused to fix it and said it was our fault for not describing the order well enough. Who does that, if they needed extra details, they should ask before moving into production. I should have learned from the first time.
Monica, sorry you felt that way. We try hard to make our employees feel like family, often times giving them more chances then they deserve to feel a part of things. Hope things go well for you in the future.

Worst place I ever worked for. They treated me like garbage.
We had our band shirts printed here and they turned out great. Great turn around time and a very helpful staff and very reasonable pricing. We always enjoy supporting a local print shop. Recommended!
