Hoy debía haber viajado a Cuba a través de Jetblue aeropuerto Fort Lauderdal. A pesar que la política de Cuba permite, a través de una resolución, debido al COVID viajar con la prorroga vencida y hasta con el pasaporte vencido. Que mi pasaporte esra vigente Jerblue no me permitió viajar; siendo yo también residente en Cuba. La política de entrada a un país la dicta el país de destino y no una aerolínea . Perdí mi vuelo y no fueron capaces de devolverme el dinero Lo dejaron convenientemente de crédito. La culpa es totalmente de Jetblue. Espero se me de respuesta y solución lo más pronto posible Estoy muy decepcionado con esta aerolínea . Todo esto le fue explicado a representante Maria de la aerolínea hoy día 06.09.3022 y que se mostró molesta por mi explicación sobre la resolución expedida por Cuba

Space between sits is good. Staff was nice and kind. Food wasn't bad. Only downside was a 3.5hrs of delay. The should compensate the costumers.
