Went here with my wife on a Saturday afternoon after seeing their beers offered at a handful of bars in Long Island. We had no idea that this place was so big. Even with a large crowd, it was fairly easy to get drinks at one of the three bars both inside and outside. I could definitely see myself coming back with friends, and would love to hang out upstairs to hear some live music. Above all, the beer is really good. We've had about 8 or 9 different beers both at the brewery and at various pubs and each one was great. I appreciate the many options and variety of styles at the brewery. This is definitely a spot worth traveling to.
Dont bother coming to their satellite spot in the airport. Sat around for nearly 20 mins right at the bar being ignored by 4 different bar tenders. I left, and sat down at a table. 5 mins later I was approached by a bartender and I told her I was waiting around for a while and no one served me. She rolled her eyes and could care less.
This was possibly the worst place we could have chosen to eat. Tables were empty and dirty on arrival. It took too long for the waiter to bring menus even with a lot of open tables. He didn't bother taking the order for a while. The food was completely lackluster. I tried to get their attention to get something to put on the simple burger to give it any taste and while my waiter made eye contact multiple times they opted to ignore me. I ate maybe three bites and gave up. It was not a good experience.
