I walked in and no one helped me forever. I was just looking for a pair of sunglasses and then when finally someone acknowledged me he again left because he had to grab the phone. Waited 5 more minutes and then left. Poor customer service.
I have been a customer of Moss Optical for over 10 years. The staff is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They have a wonderful selection of frames in the latest styles and helped me select the perfect pair for my face. I wear contacts 99% of the time, but have now begun to wear my glasses more because I love them so much. Dr. Diamond is so thorough. He makes sure my prescription is perfect and is willing to take a 2nd look if I am not satisfied. I love the fact that Moss Optical has the retinal scanner. No more dilating my eyes. Insurance doesn't cover thee $34 cost, but it is well worth it! I recommend Moss Optical to everyone I know. Thanks for such great service.

The very first time I went to Moss, they pushed the progressive lenses even though I requested single vision. When I picked up my lenses, they were progressive, so I had to come back, yet again, to get the correct lenses. I recently went in for an exam and the doctor pushed the progressive lenses again. I made it very clear I wanted single vision. When I went to pick them up they were extremely blurry and I couldn't see out of them at all. I had them replace the old ones and I got my money back. Our entire family is now looking for a new eye doctor. Very disappointed.
