Noel, this sounds absolutely aweful. Would you please let me know when you group was in and what your bartenders looked like? I want to be able to hold them accountable. I would never ask a customer to bus their own table and do not appreciate our bartenders taking shortcuts. I am also extremly upset that our staff would be actively commenting on our guests and making you feel uncomfortable. I am so sorry you had this expereince. Came here with family and friends. As soon as we walk in I hear the bartenders making fun of the clothes my friends were wearing. Was told we had to buss our own tables before we got another round of beers. I ordered two beers, bartender only gave me one, when I asked for the second he gave me attitude. Very poor service.

Thank you for the feedback. Please reach out and let us know when you were in, a snotty bartender is not acceptable, and we would like to address the issue asap. Any additional details you could provide about your service experience would be very helpful? As for the beers, not sure what is meant by "piggy-backs on all the other breweries." If our beer is not great, we want to know, so thanks. What was it in particular that you didn't enjoy? Did you experience off flavors? Improper fermentation? Infected? Was our variety not sufficient? Was something executed poorly? We always want to improve, we are not perfect, but we do try hard. Again, any additional detail would be helpful. Seem to be a place that piggy-backs on all the other breweries. Beer ok (not great, like Great Divide, Comrade) and bartenders a bit snotty. Meh.

A stand out brewery in a city of top tier breweries. The beer alone can hold its own but the atmosphere and staff are positively delightful. Bonus points for their convenient location near Little Dragon. Bonus bonus points for the literary themes in decor and beer naming conventions.
