This is totally robbery. Always full of lying and cheating. And do not know the company want to embezzle the money or the financial team. If you may sublet your room because of some reason, please read this and watch out your deposits and your rents. If you are considering True Glasgow as your accommodation, please please read this and be careful about your deposits. They NEVER think of refunding your money. Firstly, I will thank Miss Emmas help and her kindnesses to help me solve the refund problem. And thanks for her help during this problem. And the staff team here are quite nice trying to deliver a good service for students. After I uploaded a review below I received the email from Emma. She received the email from their financial team said I could receive my refund before 5pm on Monday (17th of June). But I did not receive the refund at 4 oclock. Thus I asked the bank, because the accommodation said that my refund will be into my account before 5 pm. And then I just realised that they are lying again. Because they NEVER did any transactions for the refund. But they promised that I can get the refund before 5pm. How? The bank gives me refund through magic? They are lying again again and again. I would strongly suggest that if you want to lose your money, please choose True Glasgow as your accommodation. Full story and timeline: 15/05/2019: they said I can get my refund until 12/06/2019. 12/06/2019: they said I can get my refund before Friday. 14/06/2019: they said I can get my refund before 5pm on Friday. 15/06/2019: I wrote a review on Facebook and received the email from Emma saying I can get my refund before 5pm on Monday. 17/06/209: I could receive my reduced before 5pm on Monday. But actually I didnt receive the refund. Story will be continuing. I am going to update their lies as soon as possible. Thus, True Glasgow, which day you plan to refund my refund and change into which date?
Poor sound insulation that I could even hear people upstairs opening their closet door; The heat and hot water break constantly and even if you reported it several times, no one came to solve it. Other than these, it is a fine place to stay.
