Worst service in trucking business you can ever experience. We've got an estimate for truck repair in August 30 and prepaid $2k. After 2 month of waiting time we paid a full amount of service. But because of miscommunication between our driver and a shop we overpaid $3k. Receptionist people would transfer you to service manager Andy, who will never pick up a phone or call you back. No email responds whatsoever. Finely, I had physically go to this location and I was advised that Baltimore location already sent a check refund to my address. In 2 days it will be December and almost 2 months after we fully paid for the service and waiting for a refund. From Baltimore location I was advised, that check was sent just last week and I have to wait another few weeks to get it. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and totally a nightmare. No one care about you, after money was received.

I brought my truck in for a stop engine light on and a def fluid light on engine derated with 3/4 full tank def. I also asked for an estimate to reseal front differential. They charged 149.00 labor 22.35 shop supplies 5.00 EPA fee. The funniest part is that I did not receive a written estimate only verbal (you don't get what you pay for here) I have inquired at many other shops for a ballpark estimate at no charge. What kind of shop supplies are needed for an estimate? Paper and pen would be all I could imagine. Epa fee? I guess their tech farted while doing estimate so that explains that. Beware of these crooks the woman that calls with the estimates WILL tee you up for a high bill. She stated that there were a page and a half of codes. I checked them before dropping truck off and I had 4 active codes and more inactive but let's pull the drama for a higher bill. I hope you people believe in karma because it will come back to bite you. After this experience I will be crossing off some of the northeast in places I will run with my truck as I can see how greedy people around here can be. MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED, DISHEARTENED
