Came in to replace my glasses I broke accidentally stepped on. I was recommended to go in my my mom and was greeted by Raeinez, who made the process of finding a new pair of frames and lenses very easy. Overall I am very satisfied if their customer service and knowledge of eye-wear and stylings.
I picked one frame marked as $120, and when I check it out with cashier, he told me that it was $140 in their system, they just did not have time to change the price tag in store. Be aware of the trap.
Bad quality lens and frame! Lens scratched in 3 months and they wont replace it cuz their lens warranty is only 1 month. Their frame quality is garbage too, last ultra light airframe broke after 3 months and those costed me 140 dollars and I had to super glue it together. Want good customer service? Do your self a favor go to Warby Parker or a private practice and avoid Jins like the plague
