I would highly recommend Via after staying there for almost 2 years. Via responded quickly when things did not work (for example, the lock lost power and Via fixed it the second day). When I moved out, the communication was clear. I was only charged a small amount of money (for the cleaning) which is totally reasonable.

Vanessa had been nothing but helpful during the entire tour process! I toured around 10 places before I made my decision and Via provided the most detailed and easy-to-understand brochure during the tour. I eventually did a same day move in and Vanessa was able to coordinate the paper work and the cleaning process in a timely fashion and made sure the entire process was smooth! Big shout out to Vanessa! The place is safe and there is a good amount of parking space. Package is delivered to your front door so it saves a lot of hassle.

I don't know much about the apartments themselves, although I really wouldn't consider these apartments, more like high end condos or townhouses. They're located above the shipping center, and there's a small set of shops underneath. It consists of several tea shops, a dental office, a fitness center and a bank and a hair salon. Not sure about the restaurants on account of COVID, hope that helps.

I am happy to live here. I have been living here since mid of June. Before moving, I had a lot of questions in my mind and some concerns after reading the reviews, but so far, I have never experienced loudness. In addition, I feel like I live alone here because it is so quiet I love Vanessa's attitude. Whenever I have a question, she gives the exact answer with all details even though sometimes I may have too many questions. She loves to help everyone with her humble and friendly attitude. I hope and believe I will have no issue in the future as well.

Hi Ian, Were sorry to see your comments posted here. Unfortunately, the damage to your carpet due to stains upon move-out exceeded normal wear-and-tear, requiring additional work to restore the unit to its original condition, which resulted in additional fees at the time you ended your lease. Although the charges to your account were valid, we graciously worked with you to reduce several of these fees as a gesture of goodwill. With that said, we want to take this opportunity to clarify our pre-move-out inspection process. This option is provided to residents as a courtesy in an effort to provide an understanding of potential charges to expect upon move-out, based on the condition of the home. This gives most residents time to clean or fix certain items to avoid additional fees; however, it is possible for additional damage to be noted after move-out, once the home is cleared of any furniture or wall hangings. I do not recommend living in Via as they will charge you ridiculous amount of money when moving out. We were charged almost $1000 for moving out while the apartment condition was very good (after 1 year living), and we have never been charged over $300 before with this type of condition. We spent almost a full day to clean the apartment before moving out, and made it about equal condition as we moved in. In addition to that, we did a pre-inspection following the instruction to avoid any unexpected charges. We were told that everything looked good and only needs regular cleaning during pre-inspection. However, during moving out Via charged us almost $1000, including $511 for carpet replacement fee. The carpet was in good condition and only have normal wear during 1 year of living. The Via management group is not willing to accommodate this at all. What is the purpose of pre-inspection if it has total different outcome from final inspection? Also, during this 1 year of living, the painting program lasts few months and causes a lot of noise. People were talking and laughing and listening to music right outside of our window while we were working from home. They also left some paint stain outside of our window, and we were even charged for that when moving out. There are so many great apartment outside and I do not recommend Via to stay.
