I gave them a logo in differant sizes. Perfectly shaped. The lady made the circle in my logo an ovel shape. When I pointed it out. She said the letters look good.I kept pointing out that this is a circle and not an oval. That I wanted them redone. She refused. She refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend this shop. If they scew something up. They will refuse to fix it. I paid in advance. Poor customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We have several reasons for discouraging customers from bringing in their own garments for our service. In the rare and unfortunate event that a garment is damaged during the decorating process, a garment that has been provided by us can easily be replaced, where as if the garment was provided by the customer we may have no means of replacing it. Additionally, a garment provided by the customer may already be worn or washed which can distort the shape and make it difficult to line up properly. We prefer complete control over these custom pieces so every finished piece accurately represents our businesses level of quality and detail.
