I would like to start off by saying I have worked with Ulrich many times and always been happy with his work. I am a teacher at a local K-12 school and he has done some great stuff for our school, but this time the ball was dropped big time. I contacted him and told him we had an event and needed about 40 shirts, 2 color design on the front center, on white shirts...nothing fancy. I made it clear that my event was in 3 weeks and asked if it was possible and he assured me that it was possible. 2 weeks to my event, I confirm he had my order and my design and reminded him of my deadline and he said ok. 1 week to go, I leave 3 voicemails and no return call, I send 2 emails and no response. My event is in 2 days, I am left with no shirts nor time to find another vendor. I am very disappointed to say the least. I hope things are ok on their end, but to ghost a customer and leave us with nothing is no way for any business to operate. I don't like to post negative reviews on businesses, but I have never had a business act this irresponsible. I will not be going back to Top Hats again.

Uli is the best. I use him for all of my promotional items and have been for over 15 years. There are a number reasons I still do business with Top Hat. Uli really is the best, he understands my needs, meets his deadlines, and always has a fair price that I don't need to shop for price comparison. I made that mistake once and realized how good of a deal I was getting. I never said anything to Uli but I never shopped prices again. I didn't need to, Uli is the best.
