I cant imagine who wrote this review. We send quality control cards out with each and every job and welcome feedback as to how we are doing. Extremely unprofessional, lack of communication, can not keep promises for turn around time, charged WAY too much for what we asked for, printed cards incorrectly and overall customer service was extremely low class. Typically love to support small businesses in the community I live in but honestly, the overall experience here was appalling. I highly recommend the Business owner monitor the way Dianne (I believe that was her name) handles her clientele, based off our experience, our company would not recommend their services to anyone. Honestly one of the rudest people we have ever come across.

She went across the street to apologize to you but was informed you no longer work there. I would encourage you to stop by sometime and visit with her about it. Just parked in front of this business for 2 minutes, just to run a couple bags of groceries into the restaurant I work at. The lady working there came out yelling at me, and before I could turn around to address her she called me an idiot and a couple other choice words. I chose not to give her any mind , but would definitely not do business with someone who acts like this. Screaming at the citizens of the town, before even trying to talk to them is horrible business in my eyes

Excellent! High quality printing done in a timely manner. Very reliable. Friendly and courteous service. And also affordable. I am a securities broker/dealer and I rely on them for the printing of all of my 100+ page offering memorandums and associated documents. I love how they package my orders too. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for Katrina helping me reprint something I had printed elsewhere that was poorly done. I needed my prints that day and she came through. They were very good quality and reasonably priced. I will come back for my future print needs for sure!
